Peculiar features of endemism of the flora of Euglenophyta of continental water bodies of the Earth are discussed. It is supposed that the high percentages of endemic species of Euglenophyta in the flora of Holarctic lies with its vast space, and high shares of endemic species of Euglenophyta in the flora of Australia is due to a long period of its isolation from the flora of other continents. The small quantity of endemic species of Euglenophyta in the Paleotropic and Kap floras probably lies with their poor investigation.
