Abstract
Morphological peculiarities of valve structure of Ellerbekia arenaria (Moore ex Ralfs) R.M. Crawford and E. arenaria f. teres (Brun) R.M. Crawford collected in pools of Kiev and Belaya Tserkov are considered. Two types of valve costae of E. arenaria f. teres are reveald.
