The species composition of soil algae in greenhouse soils are investigated. The algoflora is represented by 109 species and intraspecific taxa. Cyanophyta dominated (56 %) from all discovered species. In comparison with open soils, the algoflora of greenhouse soils is rich in hydrophylous species such as Chlamydomonas reinhardtii P.A. Dang., Gloeocapsa magma (Brèb.) Kütz, Nodularia harveiana Thur., Scenedesmus obliquus (Turpin) Kütz., Euglena polymorpha P.A. Dang., E. sanguinea Ehrenb. et al.
