The variety of diatom algae of Adriatic, Azov and Aegean seashores is shown. Algae flora is represented by 29 species of 3 classes, 17 families and 19 genera. The largest number of species is found in ecosystems of sandy beach of the Adriatic Sea (17), and smallest number — in the coastal zone of the Aegean Sea (8). Diatom sea coasts communities differed from each other in species composition and structure. Common features in formation of sandy beach ecosystems is noted.
